their strong pro-contra bias.

and
it's history/associations:
Alan
Keyes received his Ph.D.
in Government Affairs in 1979 from Harvard, where his roommate
was William Kristol, [Bilderberger] editor and
publisher of The Weekly Standard, an influential
journal of politics and ideas published in Washington, D. C. William
Kristol ran Alan Keyes' 1988 Senate Campaign in Maryland. The
Weekly Standard Deputy Editor is John Podhoretz. John's
dad... Norman Podhoretz is a member of the CFR and his mother,
Midge Decter, is a vice president of the Socialist League
for Industrial Democracy. 11 In 1985 William Kristol was hired by Bill
Bennett 12
to serve in the federal Department of Education,
where he quickly rose to chief of staff. He has served as
chairman of the Project for the Republican Future
from 1993 to 1994 and as the director of the Bradley
Project on the '90s at the Lynde and Harry Bradley
Foundation in Milwaukee in 1993. (from Board
of Visitors page at George Mason University. 13
William Kristol's father, Irving
Kristol, (CFR-lifetime member) joined the Young
People's Socialist League in the 30s. 14
Irving Kristol Connections In 1953 Irving Kristol
founded and was editor of the magazine
"Encounter" in England, which was secretly supported
by the CIA. It ran articles for Fabian Socialist and
Bilderberger Huge Gaitskell, head of the Labor Party.
15
Irving co-founded, in 1965, with
Daniel Bell, (CFR) "The Public
Interest." Magazine. 16
This was a publication of "Freedom
House.", which has received major support from
The Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation and has such as Jeane
J. Kirkpatrick as a trustee and CNP's

Kristol was
co-founder of Coalition
for a Democratic Majority (CDM) who also has Kirkpatrick
as a member. 17
Freedom House was run by
George Field who was chairman of the Rand School for Social
Science owned by the American Socialist Society. 18 Daniel Bell, Kristols
partner, also belonged to the Young
Socialist League 19
and was a director for the League for
Industrial Democracy , which was the American equivalent
of the Fabian Society. Previous to 1921, it was named the Intercollegiate
Socialist Society, 20
it's goals to advance the ideas of
Marxism. Upton Sinclair and Jack London founded ISS in
1905 and Upton later founded the American Civil Liberties
Union of California. Among the activities pursued by the
League were research, lecture and information services, and
development of plans for increasing social control. Jeane
Kirkpatrick's name was on the letterhead of the League for
Industrial Democracy until recently.
Intercollegiate
Socialist Society, as stated, was organized by Upton
Sinclair, Jack London and also Clarence Darrow, John Dewey and
others. It's permanent headquarters was at the Rand School of
Social Science in 1908, with the name changed to League for
Industrial Democracy, and whose 1935 president was John Dewey.
21
Like Kristol, Danel Bell was
subsidized by the CIA through the Congress for Cultural
Freedom of which Bell was a leader. Irving Kristol's partner
Daniel Bell has suggested that we do away with state
boundaries and most local government. That is not surprising
since he was a member of the Institute for American Democracy,
an offshoot of the Anti Defamation League (ADL). 22
Kristol also co-founded Institute for Educational Affairs with
William
E. Simon in 1978, "financial resources directed
toward sympathetic scholars and the research projects of think
tanks." According to John Saloma, the Institute for
Educational Affairs has dispensed more than $2.5 million in
grants to academics since 1979.
23 CNP's William Simon [CFR]
was chairman of the Nicaraguan Freedom Fund. He is or was on
the board of AmeriCares
and is a longtime member of the Knights of Malta, both of
which were a part of the Nicaraguan contra supply network. 24

welcomed and arranged for members of Congress to attend. He
also moderated a session including New Age networkers Barbara
Marx Hubbard and other New Agers and Club of Rome members.
Gore was also plenary speaker at the 1986 World Future Society
Conference.

Interest and The National Interest and publishes
The
National Interest and The
Public Interest magazines. Henry Kissinger,
Jeane Kirkpatrick and author Charles Murray are on the

Foundation alone since 1986. 28
Jeanne Kirkpatrick is a
member of the Trilateral Commission and the CFR. Evron, her
husband was with the OSS, State Department and was Director of
the Office of Intelligence Research. His specialty was
behavioral science. Since 1954, he had been the executive

"El Slavador's...1932...General
Maximiliano Hernandez Martinez crushed a peasant rebellion and
slaughtered 30,000 Salvadorans. "It is a greater crime to
kill an ant that a man, " Hernandez Martinez once said,
"for when a man dies he becomes reincarnated, while an
ant dies forever." El Salvador's contemporary death
squads are heirs to the Hernandez Martinez legacy. Indeed, Jeane
Kirkpatrick praised Hernandez Martinez as a
"hero" in a 1981 paper for the American Enterprise
Institute: "It is said 30,000 persons lost their
lives...To many Salvadoreans the violence of this repression
seems less important than the fact of restored order and the
thirteen years of civil peace that ensued...The traditionalist
death squads that pursue revolutionary activists and and
leaders in contemporary El Salvador call themselves Hernandez
Martinez Brigades, seeking thereby to place themselves in El
Salvador's political tradition and communicate their
purpose."
29
For many years Irving
Kristol made his Washington base of operations at the American
Enterprise Institute [AEI], which individuals include
William
Kristol, Irving's son, former Dan Quayle handler;

"...the American Enterprise Institute and the Brookings
Institution have established the new AEI-Brookings Joint
Center for Regulatory Studies. The primary purpose of the
Joint Center is to hold lawmakers and regulators accountable
for their decisions by providing thoughtful, objective
analyses of existing regulatory programs and new regulatory
proposals." 32
"AEI
welcomed as resident scholars libertarian economist Milton
Friedman, as well as neoconservative thinkers Seymour Martin
Lipset, Ben Wattenberg, and Irving Kristol...AEI, Hoover, and
corporate funded university programs concentrated on
"free market" research and advocacy."
33
Irving Kristol is on
advisory board of National
Association of Scholars (NAS) as is Jean Kirkpatrick., who
is also on the board of Empower America.. with Jack Kemp,
who is Co-director,
along with
William Bennett, Jeanne Kirkpatrick and Vin Weber, who
is co-director of the Aspen
Institute’s Domestic Strategy Group. Bilderberger
William Kristol joined with CFR member Vin Weber in forming
Empower America in 1991. Advisory board of NAS also includes Chester
Finn of Hudson
and Edison Project. Finn is a also currently a John M.
Olin Fellow at the Manhattan
Institute (he was formerly with the Hudson
Institute 1998). 34
The Manhattan Institute was
founded in 1978 by William Casey, who later became director of
the Central Intelligence Agency.
35
* The Edison Project is
Part of Goals 2000. Edison Project is an initiative to build a
national, private, for-profit school system. Time-Warner is
full partner in the Project. Other partners and financiers
include Phillips Electronics and Associated Newspaper Holdings
which spent $60 million for the 3 year study. Team Members
included Chester E. Finn who had been Reagan's Secretary of
Education, and John Chubb of Brookings Institution and
Center for Education and Innovation. Chubb was a leader in
selling the idea of the Voucher system. Brookings prepared a
report entitled "Education for Social Change". It
has also been involved with the Global Interdependence Center
(GIC), founded in Philadelphia in 1976, which produced the
Declaration of Interdependence with project funding from the
Rockefeller Foundation....the Board of the GIC convened two
roundtables...to which representatives from the World Bank,
the International Monetary Fund, the European Economic
Communities, the Federal Reserve, the Organization of American
States, the Institute for International Economics and

38
Benno C. Schmidt , Jr. joined Chris
Whittle on the Edison Project, to "create a
national system of private schools...[he] is associated with
the Aspen Institute.
39
* National Association of
Scholars received $125,000 from the Olin Foundation in
1994; Bradley granted $378,000 between 1990 and 1992 and
authorized a two-year, $150,000 grant in 1994; the Scaife
Foundations have contributed more than $400,000 in recent
years; and the Adolph Coors, J.M. and Smith Richardson
foundations are also regular contributors. 40
* Smith Richardson
foundation, under President R. Randolph Richardson, made
it's mark by bankrolling an idea. "the foundation has
become the source of funding in the supply-side
revolution...it became the place to go if you have a project
that needs money." In 1975, Richardson asked Irving
Kristol to help him recruit new staff for the Smith Richardson
Foundation. Nathan Glazer, Kristol's co-editor at The
Public Interest (funded in part by
Richard Scaife) told
Kristol about...Leslie Lenkowsky...Welles also credited
Wanniski with converting Kristol to the supply-side faith, as
well as Robert L. Bartley, his boss at The Wall Street
Journal editorial page, Congressman
Jack Kemp , and
(through his aide, Jeffrey
Bell,) candidate Ronald Reagan ....Smith Richardson made numerous grants for developing
supply-side theory to groups like AEI, Heritage, Martin
Feldstein's National Bureau of Economic Research and the
Lehrman Institute [ "Lew" Lehrman ]..."
41
Irving Kristol wrote, "Though the educational
establishment would rather die that admit it, multiculturalism
is a desperate -- and surely self-defeating -- strategy for
coping with the educational deficiencies, and associated
social pathologies, of young blacks. Did these black students
and their problems not exists, we would hear little of
multiculturalism." ["Neo-Conservativism, The
Autobiography of an Idea, Selected Essays 1949-1995" by
Irving Kristol.] --TFT 42

 William A. Keyes
~ CNP 1988; founder and chairman, BLACK PAC,
[1984] the nations foremost conservative black political
action committee; president and co-founder with CNP"s
Jay Parker, International Public Affairs Consultants, Inc.;
Contributing editor to CNP's Jay Parkers' Lincoln Review;
contributing editor Conservative Digest;
director, National Right to Life Committee; advisor Young
Americans for Freedom
43; former economist, Joint Economic
Committee, U.S. Congress; former senior policy advisor, the
White House and aide to Ronald Reagan.
"Since its
founding,[1978] the Lincoln Institute has had close ties to
the ... World Anti-Communist League (WACL). WACL aggressively
supported right-wing governments and military movements in
Central America and Southern Africa, such as the Contras in
Nicaragua, the ARENA Party in El Salvador, UNITA in Angola,
RENAMO in Mozambique, and the Inkatha Freedom Party in South
Africa, among others. Parker served on the Board of the US
WACL affiliate and Lee Edwards, another Lincoln Institute
founder, was a principal WACL organizer in the United States
and WACL's registered agent in 1982...Clarence Thomas and Jay
A. Parker served together on Ronald Reagan's 1980 transition
team for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
According to Parker, the team "argued strenuously"
against affirmative action, which they viewed as "a new
racism." By March 1981, Parker had become a registered
agent for the South African homeland of Venda. In June 1981,
Clarence Thomas joined the Advisory Board of the Lincoln
Institute's quarterly publication, The Lincoln Review.
At the same time, Thomas became an Assistant Secretary of
Education. Parker's Justice Department filings state that soon
after he began representing Venda, he held discussions with US
Department of Education officials about his client. In
1985, Parker and William Keyes, the former Reagan aide (and a
contributing editor for The Lincoln Review), founded a
lobbying organization called International Public Affairs
Consultants, Inc. (IPAC). That same year, IPAC began
representing the South African Embassy. Clarence Thomas was
listed as one of a handful of guests attending an IPAC dinner
for the South African Ambassador in 1987. In 1984, Keyes
started Black PAC, with Parker serving as treasurer, to work
for Jesse
Helms' re-election, and to oppose the
"terrorist outlaw" African National Congress (ANC)
and "extremists" such as Jesse Jackson and the
Congressional Black Caucus. In June 1987, the conservative
weekly Human Events
44 reported that Thomas, then of the EEOC, and Clarence
Pendleton, who was then Reagan's chair of the US Civil Rights
Commission, attended a Black PAC strategy session to plan for
important political battles being waged in Congress...June
1987, Thomas made a well-known speech at the Heritage
Foundation, in which he said: "A few dissidents like
Thomas Sowelland, J. A. Parker stand steadfast, refusing to
give in to the cult mentality and childish obedience that
hypnotize black Americans into a mindless political trance. I
admire them, and only wish I had a fraction of their courage
and strength." Thomas remained on The Lincoln Review's
Advisory Board throughout the period Parker and Keyes
represented the South African government, resigning at the
time he was appointed to the Federal Court of Appeals in March
1990."

an article circulated from the pen of Cliff Kincaid, [Source:

, "Conservative" Washington Times Used by Sun Myung
Moon in Pro-United Nations Scheme,] about Moon and his fronts,
a reader sent an email query to Mr. Kincaid noting his,
" objections to a reporter not telling all the story. So
I wonder why your org. does not tell everyone about your
involvement with the Council for National Policy which is a
group of Moonies, neo-conservatives, CFR types, CIA types,
Birchers, Opus Dei types, Knights of Malta types, ecumenicals,
psycho-babblers, New Agers, politicians, populists and so
forth. Since Moon has plenty of connections to the CNP
and so do a lot of other very questionable people, what
is your interest in being a member?"

I am NOT a member. I let
my membership lapse because it was too expensive.
So there!
----The correspondent
replied with:
So the only reason you're
not a member is because it was too expensive? Is
this supposed to be funny? When people like the Coors
and
Weyrich and Ollie North and people with
Rockefeller
connections and NWO connections are all in the same
organization it's obvious that something is rotten in Denmark.
What do all these people have in common? As a reporter
maybe you can enlighten many of us out here who are
curious about their agenda.

The CNP meetings are as
boring as any meetings you could attend up here in D.C. CNP-
type
meetings are held by various conservative groups around this
town every day. They deal with all kinds of issues. There's
nothing hidden about anything I saw there.
My point about the Times is
that they concealed a Moon connection to a news story they
covered. That is a violation of their own ethics on covering
Moon. Also, Moon has changed his orientation, to a pro-UN,
pro-Farrakhan view. This is very dangerous.
Quit fretting over the CNP.
You've been sold a bill of goods about the
"conspiracy." If there is one, it's not there. Take
a breath. And yes, the meetings were too expensive.
.......Correspondent
response:
"Also, Moon has changed
his orientation, to a pro-UN, pro-Farrakhan view. This is very
dangerous." So I gather that up until Moon "changed
his orientation" you were all for him. Even though his
followers have been married in mass weddings, their spouses
chosen for them by Moon, and even though Moon has made
blasphemous, outrageous, absurd statements, including that
Jesus failed in his work and Moon is the savior and disgusting
remarks about God's sexual practices? And the fact that Moon
is a convicted felon is not a problem? Just a few months ago
Moon was traveling through America trying to get more
followers. I didn't hear any "watchmen" putting out
the word of Moon's campaign for followers. I find it difficult
to believe all the CNPers thought Moon was a good guy until
recently. If Moon claimed to be against Communism, whether he
was or wasn't, was that a reason to give him a pass? Does the
end justify the means?"

(1986) which is the U.S.
branch of the World Anti-Communist League (WACL). The
U.S. branch brought these elements to the U.S. for WACL's
annual meetings in 1984 and 1985. Included was a delegate
[Yves Gignac] who served five years in prison for attempting
to assassinate Charles DeGaulle, persons who led Nazi SS units
or puppet governments during World War II, and architects of
mass murder in Latin America. Those meetings served to build
support for the FDN Contras as well as UNITA and RENAMO, both
allies of South Africa. The U.S. branch, led by
Major
General John K. Singlaub, also has had racists, anti-Semites and at least
one member of a Nazi collaborationist organization on its
board.

The U.S. military is
allegedly now combined, under the Federal Emergency Management
Agency [FEMA], with other departments of the Federal
government and with local governments. Army officer, Gen.
Ralph E. Haines, Jr., who personally supervised the military
policing of the population, went public in an April 11, 1968
press conference, describing his "Operation
Garden Plot."
55
which includes, " ...If any civil
disturbance by a resistance group, religious organization, or
other persons considered to be non-conformist takes place,
under Appendix 3 to Annex B of Plan 55-2 hereby gives all
Federal forces total power over the situation if local and
state authorities cannot put down said dissenters...."
Haines had planned and
directed the military arrangements for the takeover of all
American cities, and arranged the linkages between the
military and Justice Department, local police, and state
governments. It was this General Haines who asked [Jim]
Ammerman to create his Full Gospel Chaplaincy. In 1978, Haines
led a group of American Episcopalian speakers-in-tongues, to
Canterbury, England, for a global meeting of the Anglican
Church under Queen Elizabeth's Archbishop Donald Coggan.
Reportedly, Haines and others launched a world crusade to
spread Pentecostalism under Anglican guidance.
Colleague of Haines, Gen.
Albion Knight, U.S. Army (ret.), in a discussion with Anton
Chaitkin on June 5, 1997, praised the Haines-Ammerman
project. A nuclear weapons and logistics specialist, Knight is
now a Conservative Revolution leader in
Howard
Phillips'
Taxpayers Party. He explained the strategy put in gear at the
1978 Canterbury meeting: Get away from stuffy high churchism.
Get with the people. This hard-charging Anglicanism is
"exploding in the Third World"; Africa is especially
targetted. Intimately identified with the British authorities
and the Church of England, General Knight manages the Church
Information Center, which, he says, "feeds information to
around 125 leaders, an intelligence network in the Anglican
world."

Weyrich's Free Congress
claims to have trained over 7,000 grassroots activists and
organizations in the United States since October 1995. It
conducts its training sessions on a monthly basis through the
Krieble Institute. The Institute initiated the grassroots
political training program in 1995 to take advantage of the
"conservative revolution" at home. Teaming up with
the Congress' Center for Conservative Governance, it launched
a series of satellite conferences to develop conservative
leadership at the grassroots level, training 1066 individuals
in its first-round efforts.
