Sheer nonsense. The Bible criticizes the Jews for their unbelief. But it also criticizes the rest of humanity for their (our) unbelief as well. THere is no way the Jews are singled out for anything pertaining to judgement.
God punishes sin if the sinner is finally and contumaciously (love that word, means obstinately, stubbornly , and with contempt) unrepentant.
After all Hell is for all sinners who refuse his mercy, not just for Jews. Too many Jews are emotionally reacting to scriptures abused by bigots to justify persecuting them. Their belief that the passages abused do, by their plain meaning and context justify this persecution, and are therefore false scriptures, is simply naive and self righteous
If the Bible is anti Jewish it is also anti the whole human race.
Incidentally one author who claims the NT is anti semitic is author Daniel Jonah Goldhagen. In his first book "Hitlers Willing Executioners" he demonstrated with magisterial and even (to speak of his manner, I was that awed by it) prophetic authority that the GErman people were willing participants in the Holocaust. But in his next book he claimed that the passage in John's Gospel "His blood be on us and our children" was pure early church anti semitism. In disgust i threw the book aside and cannot even remember its title.
For the claim is false. Even if it were true that the Jews were to suffer for a sin their ancestors committed it was certainly not the right and duty of christians, real or only self styled to murder them and harasa them as was done repeatedly in the middle ages. And it is a matter of historical fact and irony that Jews found safety in the Muslim world at this time. The European Church was so degenerate
And even the term "his blood be upon us and our children" is unbiblical, for the bible says repeatedly that no child is EVER punished for the father's sin. This is the context of the passage "the soul that sins will die" it means, the soul that sins will die and ONLY that soul, and ONLY for his own sin.
I am a sinner because of Adam but the ONLY person whose sin i am punished for is ME.
That a Jewish crowd in rage and passion cried out this piece of nonsense "his blood be on us and our children" does not mean it is not null and void.
They were judged for this in 70AD but their descendants were not judged for this event , lest the prophets be false

I suppose that if one's ethnicity was persecuted for 100s of years, then one might have a biased view of the Scriptures presented against them. It is a well known historical fact that "may His blood be upon us and our children" has been used most heinously the last 2000 years against the Jewish people with the Holocaust as visual reminder in our lifetime at how devious the bias is.
There are also quite a number of Christian Identity groups gaining membership - among them, Messianics, who proclaim their rightful place as the "true" Israelite race [which is persecution/replacement theology "under the table" based on Scriptural interpretations]. So it's not just ethnic Jews who perceive some kind of ownership of Jewishness. Christian Identity, along with the KKK, the masons, etc are all most anxious to destroy the Jews, so I can well understand their "bias" against all things Scriptural [NT] and Christian.

Actually Stref in the OT, that is not quite accurate.
Exodus 34:6-7 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,
7. Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
Num 14:18 ... visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation
Deu 5:9 Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, 10 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.
God did say they would not be put to death for other than their own sin:
Deu 24:16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
2Ki 14:6 But the children of the murderers he slew not: according unto that which is written in the book of the law of Moses, wherein the LORD commanded, saying, The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, nor the children be put to death for the fathers; but every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
2Ch 25:4 same
Jeremiah 31:27-31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast. 28. And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith the LORD. 29. In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge. 30. But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge. 31. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jer 32:18 Thou shewest lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts, is his name,
Ezekiel 18:1-4 The word of the LORD came unto me again, saying, 2. What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge? 3. As I live, saith the Lord GOD, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel. 4. Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.
Because many did not understand that Jesus was the fulfillment of the prophecies, they were saying they were willing to take the consequences like in the past. They likely didn't think there was any iniquity "or blood on their hands" that could be passed down as shown in the other verses.
If they had known who Jesus was, that He was the awaited Messiah, and God manifest in the flesh, there still would have been some who turned Him over to the Romans in order for the prophecy's concerning Him to be fulfilled. It has nothing to do with anti-semitism, but everything to do in knowing Him and the Scriptures.
Psalm 2:1-Psa 2:7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
Psa 2:12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
Psalms 118:16-23 The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly. 17. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD. 18. The LORD hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death. 19. Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD: 20. This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter. 21. I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation. 22. The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. 23. This is the LORD'S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.
Isa 8:14 And He shall be for a sanctuary, and for a stone of stumbling, and for a rock of falling to the two houses of Israel; for a trap and for a snare to the ones living in Jerusalem.
15 And many among them shall stumble and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
1Pe 2:7 To you therefore which believe he is precious: but to them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.
Isaiah 49:5-8 And now, saith the LORD that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength. 6. And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth. 7. Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee. 8. Thus saith the LORD, In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in a day of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages;
Isaiah 53:1-9 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? 2. For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. 3. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. 4. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. 8. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. 9. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
Isaiah 53:10-12 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. 11. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. 12. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

Funny thing, Only people who reject the Messiah think it is Anti-Semitic!
so I guess the answer is NO, It is not inherently Semitic.
Actually, Messianics believe the NT is anti-Semitic because of the Greek. And they believe because Christians believe in a "greek pagan god", they are believing in an anti-Semitic Christ. go figure ..............
