I'm looking to find more information about a new group that has formed and growing fast. They have links to Micheal Rood and I think there are so called SDA. They have a web page lightedway.org. if any one knows of this group or people I would like to find out more, thank you

Glad to see that you have joined the forum 
I guess the obvious question is why are you interested in this group? I looked at the site and they are obviously SDA crossed with Messianic Judaism.

Well I'm a leader at my church and some of there DVD are floting around. some of the things that I have learned set bells off in my head. So I thought I would ask if anyone new of them and had there own opinion of them. Matthew 7 .13-23 by there fruit you will recognize them. We should always test al things and men , don't you think

Hi Hueman, I agree wholeheartedly. We are to prove all things. I did a bit of research and in their About section it says:

Yahshua is a made up name and you can find that discussed on the forum or on my website. Shauna Manfredine wrote in one article on the net that I skimmed, that she was SDA and loved her church. She follows the teachings of false prophet Ellen White and actually used her 'prophecy' about the 4th angel as the foundation of her article on the same topic.

godsholidays > is well used by sabbatarians, messianics, Hebrew roots etc, to draw people into keeping the Jewish feasts and holidays originally given to Israel aka the Jews. wyattmuseum> the so called archeology of the late Ron Wyatt who was also SDA. False prophet, followed Ellen White, and many predictions failed, and many of his so called finds have no proof, as discussed by actual archeaologists and so on. Rood hung out with him when he was coming up with his spiel, and glombed on to much of his information and has continued to disseminate it.

Seriously! Insightful is not a word I find plausible to describe Rood.

His spiel is not of God or Scriptural and has been evaluated over and over again and yet people are drawn in because they do no study to show themselves approved, rightly dividing the word of God.
What is promoted on that website is such that people should be warned and turn away from it. It is deception and should not be allowed in your church. But people need to be equipped as to why.
If you want more indepth discussion on specific teachings and how to refute them either biblically and or factually, bring it on here. We would be more than happy to help refute the error.
