My favorite verse:
Heb 6:7 For the earth which drinks in the rain that comes oft on it, and brings forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receives blessing from God: 8 But that which bears thorns and briers is rejected, and is near to cursing; whose end is to be burned.
I know it seems a little strange to have a verse that ends so harshly, instead of ones that exude "joy", but for me, life in Christ means that you must be willing to allow His Spirit to change, refine, renew, transform to bring forth His fruit which will be a blessing to others. To me, the rain is the Holy Spirit and I am just the dirt pile
God is the Gardener
