Sin, judgment and punishment were known before the law.God commanded Adam before Eve was even created. He was told and Eve obviously knew because she had the dialogue with the serpent later.

hmm--it appears that SIN was discussed by God with Cain. And God held him accountable and punished him when he murdered Abel, just as he punished Adam and Eve, when they chose to disobey what He had told them. So we can conclude that right from the time that Adam and Eve there was, Sin--disobedience to God's command---and consequences--God's punishment. God is righteous and would not have held them accountable for something unless they knew it was wrong.
Let's look a little further ....since you think the only time people were aware of sin or aware of good/evil and consequences was for the law/ten commandments or forward. Consequences were put forward right from Adam and Eve's DISOBEDIENCE to what God had told them.

Jesus made it clear that children can come to Him. They can believe Him and they know the difference between obedience and disobedience. As parents we are to teach them about Christ and the things that honor God. You think that the age of accountability is "12/18/21"? God says, that even a child is known for his ways.
Proverbs 20:10-11 Divers weights, and divers measures, both of them are alike abomination to the LORD. 11. Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right.
Youth are told to flee youthful lust---meaning they know about sin. God called children to do His will, because of their obedience and desire to serve Him.[David, Samuel for example] It's not about age. It's about a relationship with Christ.
Mark 10:13-16 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. 14. Sin entered because of disobedience.

1 Corinthians 15:21-22 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

Jesus made it clear that children can come to Him. They can believe Him and they know the difference between obedience and disobedience. As parents we are to teach them about Christ and the things that honor God. You think that the age of accountability is "12/18/21"? God says, that even a child is known for his ways.
Proverbs 20:10-11 Divers weights, and divers measures, both of them are alike abomination to the LORD. 11. Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right.
Youth are told to flee youthful lust---meaning they know about sin. God called children to do His will, because of their obedience and desire to serve Him.[David, Samuel for example] It's not about age. It's about a relationship with Christ.
Mark 10:13-16 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. 14. But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. 15. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. 16. And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.
2 Timothy 3:14-15 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15. And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
2Ti 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
Psa 119:9 BETH. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
Ecclesiastes 11:9-10 Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment. 10. Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity.
God's judgments are perfect. And yes all---meaning ALL-- have sinned and fall short, and the wages of sin is death. That's why Christ died for ALL.
