Jesus Christ is come in the flesh
Hi everyone:
Baby Christian here, it's been almost a year. I'm earnestly contending for the faith now after making many mistakes and falling into much deception. God has been very forgiving and patient with me. Maybe this is His way of revealing His mercy and compassion to me. I loved the articles on this website, many of them confirmed my suspicions on certain apostasies that I've encountered along the way and discarded. Now I have the scriptures to back up decisions that I formerly wasn't certain about. Also, Vic's preaching of the gospel is very appealing to me because she doesn't compromise yet she doesn't accuse. That's a rare combination in my limited experience. There's a lot more to my story but I'll save the details for another time. Statement of faith: I confess that Jesus Christ of Nazareth was born of a virgin. I confess that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the divine Son of God. I confess that Jesus Christ of Nazareth lived a sinless life, died on the cross, and was resurrected after His death. I confess that Jesus Christ of Nazareth died on the cross to pay for our sins. I confess that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is my Lord and Savior. I confess that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the way, the truth, and the life. I confess that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is come in the flesh. resolute |

welcome to the forum.  Thanks for sharing a bit about yourself with us.There is so much deception around us that it's hard to not get drawn in.Like you said though, God is so merciful to us.More merciful than we ever get to be with each other. Looking forward to hearing more about you! |

 First thank you so much for the kind words and encouragement.  I am glad the articles have been of help to you. I hope you will be equally edified on here and we will all be mutually encouraged to run the race.Make yourself at home, and please join in whenever you are of a mind to. btw there is a section towards the bottom of the board for testimonies if you are of a mind to share that.
