I am still going through the article and I see that JP mentions a "renowned evangelistic scholar, Dr T. S. Doherty who puts it that the (NT)is.... midrashic"

I have searched online for this renowned scholar, but can only find Earl Doherty, who says the NT is midrash and whose book "The Jesus Puzzle" is the one that Darrell Bock evaluates in 12 points as per the link I provide in an earlier post. If anyone has heard of this T.S. Doherty and any of his works, please can you let me know. Thanks

I can find no evidence of him either. If he is an "evangelistic scholar", no one has heard of him on the internet
