Is Jesus God, Son of God or both?

He is the image of the invisible God, the first-born of all creation;


Col 1:16 for in him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or authorities--all things were created through him and for him.


Col 1:17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.


Col 1:18 He is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning, the first-born from the dead, that in everything he might be pre-eminent.


Col 1:19 For in him all the fulness of God was pleased to dwell,


Col 1:20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.



Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus,


Phl 2:6 who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped,


Phl 2:7 but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.


Phl 2:8 And being found in human form he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even death on a cross.


Phl 2:9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name which is above every name,


Phl 2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,


Phl 2:11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.


From these two passages, among others, I come to the conclusion that Jesus is God in the flesh...the physical personification of the invisible God.
