The I AM passages in the gospel of John (or Lazarus, as I suspect the title is wrong) reference God telling Moses I AM THAT I AM. At the beginning of that gospel: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God"
Jesus is God and the Son. It's hard to comprehend His divine attributes, so I suggest you just view Him as God. Acts 9:5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: IT IS HARD FOR THEE TO KICK AGAINST THE PRICKS. Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. |
