I have done more of this stuff than I can begin to list here.  I have never made a dreamcatcher but in first (I think) grade we made god's eyes in a public school.  I disagree with Cathy Burns about jewellery because it is not always occultic.  I really doubt God cares if I wear silver meat cleaver, Stars and Stripes, and cross formee pendants.

I agree, not all is occultic. However, what we want to do and what we want to portray to others needs to be considered. Because we are to be a reflection of Christ in what we say and do. For several reasons. For example:

1Co 9:22-27

(22)  To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
(23)  And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
(24)  Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
(25)  And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
(26)  I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
(27)  But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

1Co 10:31-33
(31)  Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
(32)  Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:
(33)  Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.

Col 3:14-17
(14)  And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
(15)  And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
(16)  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
(17)  And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

2Co 10:5  Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

So we need to make sure that what we do is for the purpose of serving Christ and being His witnesses. So if something is worldly and can be mistaken for something that might dishonor God, we need to address it. It's something we all must consider and prayerfully think about. Because the things of the world can be tools, useful, or hindrances and can become idols or things that detract or distract from the message of the Gospel.

3John 1:4  I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
Isaiah 40:31  But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
