I'm thinking that it probably isn't. For example, in the very beginning of Genesis,
God sounds more like William Shatner, saying things like:
Light!
Sky! In the middle of the waters;
Separate!
Land, appear!
Earth, green up!
Lights! Come out!
Prosper! Reproduce! Fill ocean!
:what: What is this stuff? It's dishonoring to God, and at the same time hilarious to me. "Lights! Come out!" This was a bad idea to do a paraphrase translation, because then you don't have the hidden points and classic phrases like the KJV. 6775

Acts 9:5
And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest:
IT IS HARD FOR THEE TO KICK AGAINST THE PRICKS.

Revelation 1:8
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord,
which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
