I hate it when people attend mass and take the body of Christ without being prepared for it. I mean, this is a celebration and you should make it a point to be able to attend from the moment it starts and ends.

Everyone should be prepared to receive it and clear their hearts and minds from any worldly feeling that will make their hearts impure.
