Norman Willis, who changed his name to Yosef ben Elohim and/or Yosef ben Ruach, considers himself to be a true Nazarite. He believes in:
- Two House doctrine,
- in the Semitic primacy of the NT,
- the Kararite calendar--karaites reject Jesus Christ and the NT--
- does not believe in "missionizing the Jews" [no evangelism],
- the lesser and greater YHWH doctrine (kabbalist doctrine),
- a "Renewed Covenant" instead of the actual NEW covenant, etc.

He has been connected to and endorsed James Trimm, Marshall Konuichowsky, Michael Rood, and others such teachers, all discussed in the SeekGod.ca website. Mr Willis was also an ex-Zen Buddhist Master, and an ex-Taoist divinationist. He is also a sacred namer.

Mr. Willis is opposed to Christianity, claims that the original faith of the disciples was Nazarene, not Christianity. He believed that the apostles were to bring the Gospel first to the Jews, and then to the lost tribes of Israel, who were really gentiles, not to Hellenized pagans.

Mr Willis does not accept the trinity and states that "Yahuwah ("Jehovah") has appeared to men in the flesh as Yeshua of Natseret ("Jesus of Nazareth") in many ways, and in many forms" which denies His Deity.

Among other doctrines that he supports are that the Hebrew is a divine language, the sacred name doctrine [the use of God, Lord, and Jesus are pagan and not acceptable to use], believes in polygamy, being circumcised according to Torah and other tenets.

One article discussing his beliefs is: The James Trimm & Michael Rood Factor > http://www.seekgod.ca/trfactor.htm
