Does Jesus bring a new Torah with the New Covenant?

Throwing in a curve ball (or to make the topic a bit more interesting) what about the Ezekiel Temple where it seems there will continue to have blood sacrifices during millenium? As one dear brother stated..
"The animal sacrifices in the OT never forgave sins, only a shadow of what was to come, Jesus shed blood. Futuristic sacrifices will be the same.. for those to remember what Christ did and the price that was paid"

With this 'temple' in our future, does that mean we should be doing all the festivals and such to the best of our ability as 'remembering' what Christ has done, and that price He paid?
