What About The Rapture?

I take Vic's study here of the term elect to mean that the elect can only be the church. I was looking for a proof that the elect could apply to israel, and none was given.

If the elect is the church then the church will go through the Tribulation. We the saints will be overcome (ie killed). it does not follow friom this that satan wouldl win (ie the gates of hell will not prevail upon it - the church), making this a false scenario. It does prove that the Chruch is an eternal body beyond satans reach

As for another proof of this, the post trib rapture, when is the rapture (ie first resurrection)?

"at the last trump" I Cor 15:52. As a friend told me just yesteday it is staring us full in the face, for when is the last trumpet? AT THE SECOND COMING
