Who can help me?
Hello

I am in mailing with a woman who visits a messianis congr, but not a fanatiq one, she loves it, but she knows its all about Jesus.
Now i mentioned to her that there are many "
rabbi's in the messianic movement who follow HRM and false teachings(not really biblical)
she asked ....who?
Just so she is warnt.

I know many but there is so much to be said,
i need concreet info, name and what they teach in short, theyre errors etc. I know "seekGod"has much info but its to much to read it all to find a litle details.

Can someone give the short version who she has to avoid and why?

The simple answer is to avoid them all. Why? because the Messianic movement is full of false teachings that are passed around from one leader to the next and then parroted from one person to the next.

The Messianic movement's teachings and all leaders, teachers, and "Rabbis" are based in Talmudic traditions, concepts, and practices. That is blended with some form of "Christianity" and ending up with a hodge podge of doctrines.

This section of the forum has a separate thread for each teacher - at least the ones we have started - there are a lot more that we need to get to.

If your friend is truly interested in searching out the errors, Vic's site is the best, really. She has a search function where you put a name and then articles will come up that are about that person.

Hope that helps! Sunny

Their "rabbis" are nothing of the sort....most of the times they are
gentile ministers or lay people; on occasion a Jew who was not brought up
religous and wouldn't know the Talmud from the telephone book.

It is an insult to call these ministers/priests/pastors "rabbi"
as they have no smichah (rabbinical ordination) from any
Jewish seminary and are not accepted as rabbis by Jews.

I would suggest you tell her to google "Rabbi" Ari Crockett
if she wants an eyeful, LOL.

Sign0007I was trying to make a general statement aimed at denouncing them, based on other stuff that I have brought up Biggrin I couldn't agree with you more 8836 And was definitely not supporting what they are doing Th_smiley_nope The Messy leaders and "rabbis" scarf up Talmudic concepts and apply them as they wish. You are correct --- they teach what they do not know.

Oh, I wasn't mad at you *hugz* but just disgusted with them
using a title of honor such as "rabbi" for someone who neither
deserves it nor has earned it.

We have a fairly long list of pretend rabbis that have been written about. Some have spent considerable time in Israel or traveling all over at their supporters expense. And it doesn't seem to matter how blatant the charade--people lap it up. Smilies-34787 It is so incredibly ridiculous. Snapoutofit

That's for sure. Even after this gentleman was exposed as a fraud,
people still believed in him.
