Romans 11:26 states that the Deliverer (the Lord Jesus Christ) will come in the future. This was written after the First Coming of Christ. Do you not believe in a Second Coming of Christ? Morris was quoting Paul:

And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: (Romans 11:26)

Revelation 22:20 states that He is coming again.....In Jesus' own words:

He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. (Revelation 22:20)
