Who is "All" Israel in the New Covenant?

The New Covenant already took away the sins of Jacob - all one has to do is believe on Jesus Christ - Jew and Gentile. The mystery is that Jesus is the Deliverer for all nations, not just the Jews.

There are many who live in the nation of Israel who are not true Israelites (not all Israel is Israel). Those who are of the lineage of Israel will indeed be saved as God's Word promises in Romans 11. This will happen when Christ returns to earth to set up His Millennial Kingdom.

The problem is that Paul explained in Rom 9 who the seed of Jacob is, and it's not those who are Jews in the flesh, but all those who believe on Christ. It is a spiritual covenant not a physical one. Which is absolutely incredible!
