Did Peter's Vision of the Sheet Mean People & Food?

I understand what Paul says about nothing being unclean of itself, and that it is a matter of conscience. It's just that nutrition is something I spend a lot of time thinking about. I want to keep myself and my family healthy. I spend tons of time reading all the lastest facts, and learning about what foods are healthy and why. So, basically I'm just trying to understand the technicalities of it all.
