RE: Traducings against Paul
"Somehow I doubt I'll be staying here long, whether by allowance of the leadership or by my own decision to move on, but nevertheless, I remain hopeful that my time here is blessed."
I hope you will be blessed by what the Word tells you, and by Vic and others actually quoting the verses for you. I hope you will be allowed to stay - you do come across as antagonistic and provocative unfortunately - nevertheless I hope we can get past that and you can discuss your point of view with biblical support, and we can all continue to have a real conversation. Phillipians 4:23 "The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen." |

RE: Traducings against Paul
It seems to me that the Judaism seen out there has no relation to the faith of abraham other than a few doctrines. after all Jesus told the pharisees that they had invalidated the word of God with their traditions (and the Talmud etc. which came a few centuries later were in fact pharisaic writings for it was the pharisees which held judaism together after the fall ofj erusalem and the following diaspora
so judaism is not the faith of abraham just as the religion of the church is not the faith of the apostles. knowing this i am not tempted by judaism, yet this is no reason to get conceited and despise the jews, after all i also said that church religion is as dead and ossified as judaism, and if i got out of it at all it was by revelation and grace of God himself in person. but barring some doctrines to be found in both the truth is a Person thus is found in neither |
