RE: Gay people and Believers
I am a independent. Im not for the right or left. I’m for whoever stands up for Gods principles.
I can understand your feelings for them (Christian right). There are a lot of groups out there that use the name Christian and have nothing to do with Christ. All politics/politicians have a religion, they just don‘t tell you what it is. What you may not understand is that the far right and the far left are working together for the same agenda under different names. We know that homosexuals are not responsible for 911. They want to stir up division between the two (Christians/ gays) and distract you from what is really going on. There is a higher power working there. |

Oh yeah, I know the far left and far right are definitely mirror images of each other. This was proven in 2004 when both candidates were members of Skull and Bones. I brainstormed with the San Francisco Democratic Party in 1996 and with Republican troop supporters in 2003 and aside from the partisanism there wasn't a whole lot of difference. Congress's god is green with numbers and pictures of dead presidents on it.I doubt most "straight" moderate conservatives hate "gay" people. I ought to have indicated that I don't think all conservatives are full of hate, the way I don't believe most liberals feel animals are equal to humans (PeTA). RE: Gay people and Believers
What a horrible phrase "gay people" actually is! given that the meaning is "dissipated".
Anyway, I agree, Christians as a whole do not treat people who claim to be homosexual well. My nephew approached a Christian minister for help before he became committed to the lifestyle, and left the minister feeling condemned and evil, and isolated. However I have also known Christians who are helpful and understanding and supportive, without compromising on God's condemnation of the sin of homosexuality. They apply the same attitude to any sin. There is also the aspect to consider that as with adulterers and other types of sexual sin, people will make their own choice despite what anyone else says. And sometimes they may use the "nasty, judgemental Christian" as an excuse. What would I say to a homosexual person who wanted to know about God? I would talk about God and Jesus, and I would try to answer any question as they asked it and support my answers with the Word. (For anyone who is ministering to young people who are contending with this matter, the books of John White may be helpful.) Phelps, who has been discussed, does not show any evidence of love, and seems to be building a little cult of his own. Phillipians 4:23 "The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen." |
