Introduction

[Little Guy in the Eye]

Hello, my name is Levi. I was advised that an introduction is to be the first act of business on this forum so here goes...(I hope am I putting this at the right place as I'm not used to forums).

I've been a believer my whole life. There was never a time that I didn't believe in God & Jesus but for most of my life I never read the Bible. My mother read the Bible to us when we were children but it wasn't until I was a senior in high school that I actually read it myself and I was amazed at how close it made me feel to the Almighty when I read it. Years later when I was around 23 years old I had an 'epiphany' as they would say where the Messiah spoke to me and told me it was time to truly follow Him or to go my own way but I could not keep living a worldly life and at the same time professing belief in Him. It was at that moment that my life changed and I believe I received His Holy Spirit. Ever since then I have had an unquenchable desire to study His Word and things pertaining to it.

I had some health issues that kept me from a normal 40 hour a week job for a few years during which I spent most days (16 hours+) studying His Word. While my flesh was in great pain, I never felt better spiritually.

Around 2009, I believe the Father led me to start sharing some of the studies He has led me to do so I started a blog called little guy in the eye because that is what is most important to me. A close relationship with the Most High, appearing as a little guy in His Eye.

My desire is to see us all turn away from the things that pull us away from Him and seek to draw nearer to Him more and more each day. I joined a few forums recently to share a study on the mark of the beast because I felt that I was led to do so but that is not my favorite subject. My favorite study is in His Word, then creation.

I do not like talking much about myself. My desire is to talk about His Word & His Kingdom & His Glory. May His Name be praised by all His creatures.
