It has become a wolf eat wolf world.I am speaking of the Rich Vermillion,Kenneth Copeland garbage.
I had not heard anything about this before.I found out while doing research.
For those that don't know,Rich Vermillion,who was a partner in Kenneth Copeland's ministry for about 17 years,started a website to
publicly rebuke Mr Copeland,his family,and his ministry for their "sins".
"I am calling on “The man, his family, and his ministry… to simply repent.”,he says over and over on his site,kennethcopelandblog.com.

Mr Vermillion rebukes Kenneth Copeland,Creflo Dollar and others of their false doctrine but continues in his own.
He still believes in and practices the charismatic "sign gifts" such as prophecy/prophesying and implies that he is a "true prophet" and Mr Copeland a false prophet.
He has this you tube video on every one of his websites,I guess as proof of his prophesying prowess.As far as I can tell this is the only thing he has to claim he is a prophesying,prophet.
It sounds more like it was a psychic reading.

I liken that to being psychic not prophetic.
I am writing about Rich Vermillion because I am concerned that people will see his website rebuking KC and think,Wow what a
great man of God and then just blindly trust what he says.
A psychic can do the very thing that he did/does.What really gets me is that he wrote this article,"Judging Prophecy Correctly"but still hasn't figured out the truth for himself yet.The blind leading the blind.
In his article he set up his own parameters for judging who may be a false prophet.To the unsuspecting person it would appear sound and biblical but it biased in that he only uses it to try and prove biblically that he is a "true prophet".

The major hole in all of this is the fact that there are no more prophets.

He just blindly believes that his psychic ability is prophesying and from God.It is not,just because you get it right does not mean that it is of God.
Act_16:16 And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:

It is safe to say that the damsel in the verse was most likely right a lot about what she said when practicing her trade of soothsaying
because she brought her masters much gain.If she had been wrong in the things she said then word would have spread that she was wrong,people would not have went to see her and she would not have brought much gain.

The prophets of the bible were needed to lay the foundation of the church.

Eph 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
Eph 2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
Eph 2:21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
Eph 2:22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

The foundation was already laid by the apostles and prophets of the bible.There is no need for prophets any longer.
The work is done unless you are trying to lay another foundation.

1Co 3:10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
1Co 3:11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

There is no need for further prophetic revelation.In the words of Jesus Christ,It is finished!
Joh 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

The laying of the foundation of the gospel of Jesus Christ is finished.There are no more apostles or prophets.It is finished.
There are no new,special "revelations",the Bible,the Word of God,is finished.God has given each and every one of us everything we need to know Him.
We have His Word.
We have His Son,Jesus Christ.
and we Have His Spirit,the Holy Spirit,that dwells in us.

I pray for Rich and Kenneth but ultimately it is in God's hands.His will be done.

There are a lot of psychics who call themselves Christians. I've been to at least three "deliverance ministers" who practiced occultism under the Christian banner. One was associated with Fuller Theological and told me to visualize Jesus. Another cast a "dome of protection" (spell) over their house, which I thought was very odd.

One of the problems that the 'today' prophet runs into is that, as Rick Joyner teaches and proclaims, they don't have to get it right. It's like learning to ride a bicycle, eventually they will get better. So if only 10% predictions are found true, that is awesome, because the next time they will do better.

Good thing we can go by the Scriptures for truth instead of false teachers and false prophets. HIstorically this is how God viewed prophets.

Deu 18:15 The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;
