The last trump and how many times does Jesus return?

I occassionally get asked about the rapture or return of Christ in various ways.

Some of the things that are never answered, to my satisifaction anyway, by those who hold various beliefs, is this:

1Co 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
1Co 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

And will say that is referring to the rapture.

However, 'at the last trump' means when?

How many last trumps are there?

How many times does Jesus leave heaven to come back and what Scripture proves it?
