Isaiah 26:3 perfect peace
HI, was just reading this verse because of the issue of the peace we have in Christ. This verse states and therefore promises that we will have perfect peace if our mind is 'stayed on the Lord".

Isa 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

So I was looking up what it means to have our minds 'stayed' on the Lord.

Based on that verse, we can only do that because of trusting God. It appears having the peace of God goes hand in hand with trusting God completely.

Reminds me of

KJV Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
