Conspiracies and Plots
Many scoff today at the idea that there could be conspiracies or plots to destroy Christianity from the inside out. Many are met with scorn at suggesting the very idea that there are people in power who could desire wealth, power and control over the global populace. When individuals present various documentation regarding these issues, often they are met with disbelief, scorn or the label of being paranoid. Being labeled a conspiracy nut follows those who impertinently name the power elite involved in the Bilderberger group, CFR or other known 'players.' Invariably the list of co-conspirators may include a few significant Jewish people amongst the myriad of internationally renowned members and one may risk being labeled an anti-Semite for providing that insight.
Many Christians in particular seem skeptical of the aspect that anything could be taking place behind the scenes to destroy their very beliefs. After all, they are Believers and hold the truth. Many, while saying they believe the Word of God, have no idea how it might be eventually possible for the anti-christ to be thrust into power and be elevated as a world leader, at least temporarily. Nor do many Christians entertain the notion that, just as Westcott and Hort deliberately corrupted versions of the Bible and determined to undermine and destroy Christianity from the inside out, others too embrace a similar agenda.
Are the ideas of conspiracies and plots so farfetched as to be unfathomable in our thinking? Is there a precedent found for plots and conspiracies to have been used for many years to attempt to destroy governments and more importantly those who belong to Jesus Christ?
Conspiracies are merely planned deceptions. Caesar, Hitler, Watergate, Kennedy and many other names bear record of conspiracies and plots. Those who believe that there are no such things are denying recorded historical events. Those who think that deceptions or conspiracies could only be found in the past are also denying the depravity of man and the fulfillment of Biblical truth.
The Bible has many records of plots and conspiracies. Genesis 37:18, speaks of the conspiracy of Joseph's brothers to slay him; 2 Samuel 15:12 "...and the conspiracy was strong"; 2 Samuel 15:31, David is told who some of the conspirators are; 2 Kings 17:4, "...the king of Assyria found conspiracy..."; Nehemiah 4:8, "And conspired all of them together to come and to fight against Jerusalem, and to hinder it."; Jeremiah 11:9, "And the Lord said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem."; Acts 23:12-13, "...certain of the Jews banded together, and bound themselves together under a curse, saying that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul. And they were more than forty which had made this conspiracy." Job 1:8-22, Satan plots against Job.
David states in Psalm 37:12-13:
"The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth. The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming."
Indeed, Christians have record of one of the most significant conspiracies in history. Matthew 26:14-16:
"Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver. And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him."
2 Thessalonians 2:3 reveals that there must be a great falling away of believers:
"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a great falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"
To be warned that we must not be deceived, means there have been and that there are planned deceptions set to snare us. To that end, the label of "Christian" must be changed to encompass doctrines and teachings that are devoid of Biblical soundness in some way, yet still give the illusion of 'Christianity'. That is the only way that 'Believers' could become deceived and fall away. They must believe they are "Christian" when in fact they are far from the Truth. The Toronto Blessing, Pensacola and also The Hebrew Roots deceptions are some clear examples of how this is taking place. See: To Embrace Hebrew Roots: Parts 1-9
For those who reject that there are agendas and deceptions in the works, the question must be asked: How do these individuals think the anti-christ will appear or the end as described in the Bible will happen?
Obviously there must be a conditioning that will take place, so that the deceptive offer of peace and leadership could be desired and accepted by non-believers.
Daniel 8:23-26 "And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand."
Those who have been deceived and/or will have fallen away will inadvertently support the anti-christ system.
John 16:1-3 "These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended. They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me."
Those that believe that they are following Christ, yet are being deceived by religious leaders who have the appearance of belonging to Jesus Christ, need to consider carefully what and who they are being obedient to.
Ephesians 4:14 "That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried away with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive."
Wolves in sheep's clothing are detectable by what they say. When weighed carefully to the word of God--the fruitless deeds of darkness will always be revealed. The deceptions lie in the distortion of Scripture and more importantly, in avoiding its use to confirm or expose what is really being promoted.
Probably the most common and effective snare being used to cause Believers to compromise their faith is the aligning of Truth with error. That and only dealing with certain issues and withholding much other more important information. People become accepting of doctrinal error if it is surrounded with well-known Biblical truth. Even the nudge of something not being quite right is ignored because of who the 'name' is that promoted the error. That persons response to questioning or evaluating their particular ministry is perhaps the most revealing to the true character of a false leader.
Man's reputation often becomes the snare to compromise. People have a tendency to place people on pedestals. That is why so many in the leadership of the religious right are being used to destroy Christianity from the inside out--yet many will claim they "look so good". Their reputations set aside the warnings found in the Word of God. Certain Truths become a front to promote error and destruction.

Matthew 24:11 "And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many."
Are there conspiracies and plots set in motion to induct the anti-christ and Satan's system of deception? Absolutely.
Are there conspiracies and plots set in motion to try and destroy those that believe in the Lord Jesus Christ? Absolutely. We have record of the past and also coming events. We have been warned.
Matthew 24:4 "And Jesus answered and and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you."
We can remain faithful to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, despite all the events unfolding around us through conspiracies, deceptions and plots, both in the political and religious realm.
"Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
"Wherefore seeing we also are encompassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of God."
