United
With Belial
2 Corinthians
6:-15
"Be ye
not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what
fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what
communion hath light with darkness? And what concord
hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth
with an infidel?
*Note:
"Concord" means "agreement, harmony" and
"a treaty"

World
Health Organization (WHO) 28
~ The United Nations world
health organization.
The UN is about
zero-population growth, making abortions available to masses, globalist
taxes, a global police force (which is in existence), Gaia
worship to "save the planet", usurping the
sovereignty of countries for a global government, a world
court (also in existence), the control of school curricula
throughout the world and so on.
Dave Toycen is
President and Chief Executive Officer of World
Vision Canada, 29
which various writings also show it's
commitment to the UN and it's initiatives. "Prior to his
appointment as President in 1996, he served as World Vision
Canada's Executive Vice-President and Vice-President of Donor
Development for eight years. In his years as a leader with
World Vision Canada, the agency's annual income has more than
tripled to $144 million annually, making the organization the
country's largest humanitarian relief and development
agency....He has applied his expertise in marketing and
communications to produce more than 50 films, TV specials and
advertisements and influenced World Vision's move into
television in Canada and the United States. Under his
leadership, World Vision communication offices have been
established in almost 20 developing countries and more than
$750 million has been raised in aid and development for the
poor...A Canadian citizen, Toycen holds a bachelor of arts
degree in philosophy from Lawrence University in Wisconsin and
a master of divinity degree from Fuller Theological
Seminary." [30]
All countries
that have a World Vision office, such as World Vision Canada
and World Vision U.S., are part of World
Vision International.31 According to Sara Diamond in
"Spiritual Warfare,"
"World
Vision's 1987 budget was over $145 million, with more than
20 percent coming from the U.S. Agency for International
Development and 'gifts in kind'....The U.S. AID is an arm pf
the U.S. State Department and its relief and development
projects are designed to increase Third World political and
economic dependence on the United States. ...AID directly
finances World Vision's proselytization of Third World aid
recipients...World Vision is best known for its role in
helping victims of famine in Ethiopia....A World Vision ad
...1981...asserted that "12 million people are on the
brink of death in East Africa," when, according to
famine experts, no relief agencies, not even the United
Nations, had precise figures in the number of people
starving...a World Vision spokesperson conceded that the
group had no documentation...World Vision was continuing
fundraising appeals for emergency food aid months after
Somalia's food crisis had been alleviated...World Vision
misinformed the public for its own fundraising
expediency.... World Vision has on a number of occasions
functioned as an intelligence gathering arm of the U.S.
government. In the 1970's World Vision was charged with
having collected field data for the CIA in Vietnam. After
U.S. troops left the region, World Vision played a major
role in the administration of refugee camps...World Vision
also became a crucial player in the "yellow rain"
campaign to discredit the Soviet Union... 1980, World Vision
became one of five agencies working with the United Nations
High Commission on Refugees...World Vision was openly
critical of CEDEN, ...appointed by the United Nations to
coordinate relief efforts...World Vision workers preached
against the "communist religious workers" from the
other refugee agencies." 32
World Vision
International is a founding member of the Global
Movement for Children 33, and supports the
"Say
Yes for Children"34 campaign. The
Global
Movement for Children website
35 states: "Two
international champions of human rights, Nelson Mandela and
Graça Machel, are heading the Leadership Initiative, reaching
out to leaders from all parts of the world and all sectors of
society to jump-start the Global Movement. Beginning in March
2001, the Movement will be asking the world to Say
Yes for Children. 36
Through this campaign, children and
adults from around the world will be able to speak out on ten
imperative actions which must be undertaken in order to
improve the lives of children. The results of the campaign
will be presented in September 2001 at the Special Session on
Children, held by the United Nations General Assembly in New
York "
The Say Yes to
Children project states: "The Global Movement for
Children belongs to everyone, and we need partners in every
part of the world –in villages, cities, towns, and
neighborhoods everywhere – to enable as many people as
possible to Say Yes for Children.
Read more about how you can involve others and make this a
truly global movement."
If the
partnership and concept of "it takes a village to raise a
child" comes across in these groups, it was the battle
cry of Hilary Clinton for entering into the global family
initiative. Children's Rights are being used as a funnel into
accepting the UN and it's educational, religious and social
engineering plan worldwide. It's called reconstructing society
and many Christians are falling prey to the deception.
Say Yes for
Children is part of
the Netaid Org 37
"online action on extreme poverty." "The
initiative was launched by a collaboration between the United
Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Cisco Systems, the
worldwide leader in networking for the Internet...."
The Global Movement for
Children and Say Yes for Children project is based on the UN's
Rights of the Child. World Vision's article titled "
Imagine A World Where Children are safe..." states,
"....World Vision, whose mission is to follow Christ’s
example by working with the poor and oppressed, endorses the
widely adopted United Nations Convention on the Rights of the
Child (CRC). The CRC sets forth international standards for
protecting children through safeguarding their rights. Article
19 obliges countries to guard children from violence.
Unfortunately, this required protection is often
ignored...."
The World Vision Global
Movement for Children article explains their involvement.
"In 1989, governments around the world almost universally
ratified the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The
commitment to child rights established with the adoption of
the Convention set the scene for the World Summit for
Children, which took place in New York the following year.
"The World Summit was
the largest ever gathering of world leaders up until that
time, led by 71 heads of State and Government who agreed to
a Declaration on the Survival, Protection and Development of
Children, and a Plan of Action for implementing the
Declaration over the next decade...The United Nations will
convene a Special Session of the General Assembly, to take
place in September 2001 in New York, to review progress made
towards the goals set at the World Summit in 1990, and to
consider what future action needs to be taken to fulfil the
rights of children everywhere. The aim of the Special
Session is for world leaders to identify practical solutions
to the problems facing children, and to commit to a concrete
plan of action to meet those challenges...
"World Vision is
playing a key role in the Global Movement for Children. It
is a member of the International Steering Committee that has
shaped the development of the Movement, and the Rallying
Call and Say Yes to Children campaign. It is also a member
of the Child Rights Caucus, a coalition of national and
international agencies who are promoting key areas of
concern regarding children to world leaders who will be
attending the Special Session in September."
The World Vision website
writes: "The Global Movement for Children is a collective
global force of organisations and individuals dedicated to
working together to stimulate worldwide commitment to bringing
about effective change to benefit children, particularly those
living in poverty. Any person or organisation who shares this
vision of creating a better world for children has a part to
play in the Global Movement.... World Vision is one of the
organisations who have teamed together with Unicef to lead the
movement for change. But people the world over – whether
they are members of trade unions, religious organisations,
local authorities, schools, industries, or the media, or
celebrities, politicians, or ordinary people – all have the
opportunity to take action and "Say Yes for
Children" through voting on ten key imperatives of the
"Rallying Call"..."Each vote you place will be
counted and the results will be presented at the United
Nations Special Assembly Special Session on children in
September 2001 in New York..."
From the GMC website, the
ten key issues from the UN Rights of the Child are:
- Leave No Child
Out "Because every
girl and boy is born free and equal in dignity and rights,
all forms of discrimination and exclusion against children
must end.
- Put Children
First "Governments
must meet their obligations to children and young people.
At the same time, everyone -- including individuals,
non-governmental organizations, religious groups, the
private sector, and children and adolescents themselves --
must recognize their responsibility to ensure that child
rights are respected.
- Care for Every
Child " All children
must enjoy the highest attainable standard of health,
especially through immunization, good nutrition and diet,
clean water and adequate sanitation, proper housing and a
safe and healthy environment. [Keep in mind that a
standard must be set as to what is proper housing and what
is a safe and healthy environment]
- Fight HIV/AIDS "Children
and adolescents and their families must be protected from
the devastating impact of HIV/AIDS.
- Stop Harming and
Exploiting Children "The
violence and abuse that children suffer must be stopped
now. And the sexual and economic exploitation of children
must also end.
- Listen to
Children `"Everyone
must respect the right of children and young people to
express themselves and to participate in decisions that
affect them, consistent with their evolving capabilities.
And we must listen and act. [Consider the implications of
child control over their lives]
- Educate Every
Child "All girls and
boys must receive a compulsory, free primary education of
good quality." [UN standards of what constitutes
"good education"]
- Protect Children
from War "Children
must be protected from the horrors of armed conflict [All
war must cease-which is contrary to what will happen in
Biblical prophecy]
- Protect the
Earth for Children "There
must be urgent steps by every one of us -- including
governments, civil society and the private sector -- to
assure the well-being and security of future generations
by safeguarding the environment at global, national and
local levels. [Gaia worship and other environmental occult
movements]
- Fight Poverty:
Invest in Children ~"Because
children suffer the most from poverty, the fight against
it must begin with them. This includes investing in social
services that benefit the poorest children and their
families, such as basic health care and primary education.
At the same time, the well-being of children must be a
priority objective of debt relief programmes, development
assistance and government spending.
World Vision goes on to
state: "With millions of votes, world leaders at the
meeting will know how important children’s rights are to
people around the globe, and to influence them to make the
strongest possible commitment to creating a better world for
children.
"World Vision has
valuable expertise from its programme work around the world
in areas such as children and armed conflict, child labour,
and child sexual exploitation that gives the organisation
credibility to speak out on the issues on behalf of
children. World Vision will be seeking to add momentum to
the Global Movement through the launch of its own advocacy
campaign this year, "Imagine a World where Children are
Safe", to promote a safer world for children and an end
to abuse, exploitation and violence against children.
Around the world, World
Vision is dedicated to working with UNICEF, PLAN
International, Save the Children and other child focused organisations to raise awareness of the Global
Movement for Children and to generate commitment to
children’s rights among every sector of society.
This includes lobbying
Government's to increase its political and financial
commitment to children’s rights and to play its part in
global measures to alleviate poverty, which are crucial to
achieving the goal ..."
The problem
with attempting to eliminate the social ills of this world is
to ignore so many Biblical truths, particularly concerning the
state of the sinful world that will face God's wrath. What is
taking place is the attempt to implement an occult utopia and
peace of Biblical prophecy. Even the elimination of
wars-although desirable--will not take place.
Jesus said in
Matthew 24:6-8 " And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of
wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must
come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise
against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall
be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers
places. All these are the beginning of sorrows."
By attempting
to usurp Biblical prophecy, what is also being denied is that
Christians should have to deal with anything negative.
However, we have many precious promises to hold to, no matter
the circumstances.
Romans 8:35
" Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall
tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or
nakedness, or peril, or sword?"
