J. Brady Anderson ~2001~ Administrator, since 1999, U.S. Agency for International Development 1[USAID]; U.S. ambassador to Tanzania from 1994 to 1997 and before that worked with the Wycliffe Bible Translators with his wife for five years in East Africa as sociolinguistic surveyors. Anderson was  a special assistant to then Governor Bill Clinton from 1979 to 1981 and as liaison for the departments of health and human services. He was Assistant Attorney General of Arkansas from 1977 to 1979..[2 ] USAID, a major contributor to World Vision, forbids the use of government money for proselytizing.

Ted Engstrom ~2000-2001~ Honorary Board member; President Emeritus, World Vision, Monrovia, California. Was president and CEO. During the 1960s he was president of Youth for Christ Intenrational (YFC). He is on Renovarè's "Board of Reference"-Renovarè is an international, New Age, ecumenical organization that eminates from the religious traditions of Quakerism. "Renovarè espouses the use of the early pagan traditions of guided imagery and visualization, astral projection, "Zen" prayer techniques for meditation (i.e., Buddhism), and Jungian psychology (i.e., a blend of Eastern mysticism and Roman Catholic mystical spiritual tradition, which nicely fits the New Age model), all as means of obtaining "personal spiritual renewal" in the lives of believers." [6 ] He also serves as chairman of the International Committee of Reference for Campus Crusade for Christ's worldwide evangelistic effort called New Life 2000. "The committee will consist of 1,000 Christian leaders who will serve as centers of influence for this comprehensive global strategy to help reach the world for Christ."[7. ]

Dr. Leighton Ford ~ 2000-2001~President Leighton Ford Ministries, Charlotte, N. Carolina. He was named "Clergyman of the Year" in 1985 by Religious Heritage of America, and as Presbyterian Preacher of the Year" by the National Presbyterian Center. Dr. Ford was vice-president of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, where he served for 31 years. He was also a regular alternate speaker with Billy Graham, his brother-in-law, on the Hour of Decision. Dr. Ford serves as the Honorary Lifetime Chairman of the Lausanne Committee for World Evangelism, having served from 1976 to 1992 as chairman. Dr. Ford also serves on the boards in Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and the Duke University Cancer Center. He is considered an "author, social activist, leader, communicator and mentor." [8 ] He recently said individuals "should preach the gospel," but they shouldn't "be so negative as to refuse to endorse or work with those who belong to a group that proclaims a different gospel." (9/1/98 CC). [ 9 ] He endorsed Renovarés founder, Richard Foster's book, ‘Celebration of Disciplines.
